Courageous Conversations for Community - various dates for June and July 2019
In partnership with Blacktown City Council, the WASH House is running a series of ‘Courageous Conversations’ workshops.
All workshops are FREE and open to men and women who live in Blacktown LGA who want to learn more about this issue and be a part of creating change in their community.
The Courageous Conversations project aims to inspire individuals and organisations to commit to actions promoting gender equity and respectful relationships. Courageous Conversations provides individuals and organisations with the knowledge and skills to have conversations that challenge sexist comments, discrimination and disrespectful behaviour. Through these conversations we can create a culture free of rigid stereotypes, where all community members feel safe and respected.
